This branch of the Larsen And Toubro Ltd ECC Division is located right in the middle of the Itwari Anazbazar area in Nagpur. We are set up at Kamalkishore Arunkumar’s place, which puts us right in the heart of the grain market hustle. It’s noisy and crowded outside most of the time with trucks and laborers moving bags of grain, but that’s just the character of the neighborhood. Inside, we handle the engineering and construction side of things. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the coordination happens. There’s always a faint smell of spice or dust from the market floating through the air. We’ve been operating from this Nagpur address for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the bazaar. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the market is at its peak, but we just stick to our routines. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking site reports. It’s a very grounded way of working, being so close to the trade activity of the city. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. We keep track of the local projects from here and make sure the logs are updated. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until the market starts to wind down. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting things sorted.
