Jr. Engg.

Jr. Engg. is located in the Cipl Staff Colony, at B-6/12 on Ramtek Road in Mouda. This is out in the Nagpur district of Maharashtra, so it’s a bit away from the main city center. Being in a staff colony gives the whole place a very specific vibe. It’s quiet and everyone pretty much knows what everyone else is doing. Our office is a small unit where we handle all the engineering details and administrative work. Outside, you can see the trees and the open roads of the Nagpur district. It’s much more peaceful than being in the middle of Mumbai or even downtown Nagpur. We have our desks set up near the windows to catch whatever breeze comes through. The walls have some old calendars and a few diagrams pinned up. We use a lot of handwritten notes because it’s just faster sometimes than typing everything out. The commute is easy for most of us since we live nearby or right in the colony. In the evenings, the sun sets over the fields near Ramtek Road, and it’s a nice way to end the workday. We don’t have a fancy board of directors or anything. It’s just a few of us making sure the engineering work stays on track. We like the quiet life here in Mouda and just focus on doing our jobs properly every day.
