This branch of Infomedia India Ltd is located at Maheshwari Bhawan in Old Resham Oli. We are right there at Shahid Chawk in Itwari, which is probably the busiest market area in all of Nagpur. If you have ever been to Itwari, you know it is crowded with traders, shoppers, and rickshaws at all hours. Maheshwari Bhawan is a solid old building. We spend our days here managing information and doing our media tasks amidst all the noise from the market outside. It is very different from a quiet office park. You can hear people shouting and bells ringing from the shops downstairs. We are on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of the chaos at Shahid Chawk. The office itself is full of stacks of paper and people talking on phones. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or anything. It is just an open space where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It gets very hot in the summer, but we have our fans and we keep going. Working in Itwari means you have to be ready for anything, from power cuts to traffic jams. We are just a bunch of regular folks who have been working in this market for a long time. It’s not fancy, and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't, but it is home to us.
