Our office is tucked away in Laxmi Nagar East in Nagpur, specifically inside the Scientific Housing Society at A-3. We share the space with Mr. Kishore B. Baxi, so the atmosphere is very much like a residential home rather than a formal office building. Being in a housing society means we see the same neighbors every morning and know the local postman by name. Nagpur can be quite intense with the heat, especially during May, but the trees around Laxmi Nagar help a little bit. Inside, it is just a few of us working on the Infomedia 18 projects. It is common to have a bit of noise from the street or kids playing nearby during the evening. We do not have a big neon sign out front, just a small place where the work gets done. Sometimes the internet is a bit finicky or the courier takes a while to find us since we are listed as C/O Mr. Baxi, but we manage just fine. We have our daily routines, like getting snacks from the nearby market or taking turns to make sure the office does not get too cluttered with old files and magazines. It feels very local and grounded to the neighborhood. You will not find any fancy reception desks or leather chairs here, just people at their computers trying to stay on top of the workload. It is a practical way to run things in this part of Nagpur and it suits the way we work.
