Iitjobs Inc.

We are located here in Nagpur, running Iitjobs Inc. for a while now. It’s a busy place with people coming in looking for work or trying to find someone to hire. Nagpur is a big city but it feels like everyone knows everyone when it comes to business. We spend most of our mornings checking messages and talking to folks who walk in. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just have some desks and computers and a lot of papers. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice before we even get through the first pile of applications. It gets hot here in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Dealing with jobs is a lot of back and forth. You help one person and then three more show up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when things get hectic. Most of the people we talk to are just trying to find a decent start or a change in their career. We don't do big speeches or use big words. We just look at what's available and see if it fits. It is a lot of phone calls and typing. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the local news or what's happening in the neighborhood. Other days we don't even have time to eat lunch until four in the afternoon. That's just how it goes here in Nagpur at our office. It keeps us busy and that is fine by us.
