Icici Bank

This is the Nagpur office for Icici Bank, tucked away in Sneh Nagar. We are on the third floor of Anu Jyoti Apartments. It’s right behind Santaji College, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Most people miss the turn the first time. We aren't like those huge branches you see on the main roads with the big glass fronts. This is a bit more tucked away, more like a back-office setup. The lift in Anu Jyoti is small, so we usually just take the stairs since it's only the third floor. It’s good exercise, I guess. We have a few desks set up and it gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once. The view from the window is just the back of the college buildings and some trees. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, except for when the college students are heading home. We’ve been in this specific spot for some years now. The space is a bit tight with all the files we have to keep. Sometimes the AC acts up in the summer, which is tough in Nagpur heat, but we manage with fans. We don't do much fancy stuff here. We just process whatever comes across our desks and try to stay on top of the pile. It’s a regular job for us. If you’re looking for us, look for the apartment building, not a typical bank building.
