We are located in Nagpur at Plot Number 72 in the New Colony area, right near Mangalwari Bazar. It's a busy spot, especially on market days when there are people everywhere. Our focus is on recruitment, so we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a waiting area for anyone who comes in for an interview. It can get a bit noisy outside because of the bazaar, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We try to help people find work that fits what they can do. It’s not a complicated setup. We just look at what companies need and see if we know anyone who might be a good fit. Sometimes it's a slow process and other times things move very fast. We usually have the door open during the day so people can walk in if they have questions about job openings. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just walking by and seeing the sign. We keep track of everything in our notebooks and on the computers. It's a small team here, just a few of us trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for everyone involved. We just do our best.
