You can find us in Nagpur, right on Budhnagar in the Gurudwara Lane. We’ve been at address 1390 for quite a while now. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy at all. We’ve got a few tables, some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. Our main thing is recruitment, so we talk to a lot of people every single day. Some are looking for their first job, others want to change careers. We listen to their stories and look through their resumes. It can be quite a lot of work, and the phone doesn’t seem to stop ringing some afternoons. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going full blast all day long. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here; it’s just a few of us working together. We know the people in the lane, and we often see the same faces every morning. We don’t use any high-tech systems to find people; we just rely on what we know and the connections we’ve made over the years. It’s a very manual process, but it feels more human that way. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local service helping out our neighbors and whoever else walks through the door looking for a new start in their professional life. It is what we know how to do best.
