Hafeez Orchestra

We are located right on Ruikar Road in the Mahal area of Nagpur, not too far from Gandhi Sagar. It is a busy part of the city, and our place is usually filled with the sound of someone tuning an instrument or just talking about the next performance. We have been doing this for a long time, and the shop shows it with all the instrument cases and old registers stacked up. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. It’s more of a workspace where we figure out who is playing where and which equipment needs a bit of repair before the weekend. The traffic outside can be quite something, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading toward the lake. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting here with a cup of tea, waiting for folks to drop by and talk about their family functions. It gets hot in Nagpur, so the afternoons are usually slow, but once the sun goes down, the place picks up. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team, just our reputation in the neighborhood and the noise we make when we practice. The walls are a bit faded, and there is always some dust from the road, but it’s home for us. We just keep things moving, making sure the band is ready and the instruments are in good shape for whoever needs them in the city.
