Grow Vidharbh Agro Producer Company Limited

We started Grow Vidharbh Agro Producer Company Limited right here in Bhatkuli. It’s mostly just us working together from the address at Shri Vitthal Bhimraoji Thakare’s place, house number 59/7. The roads around here can be a bit rough during monsoon, but we manage to get things done for the crops. Our group is basically a bunch of folks from the village trying to figure out how to do better with the land. It isn't anything fancy or a big corporate setup. We mostly sit around and talk about seeds, the weather, and what needs to be hauled where. People know where to find us in Bhatkuli. It's a small operation, really. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or checking on the storage. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. It's just a room where we keep the papers and meet up after the sun goes down. Farming is hard work, and doing it as a company helps us with the paperwork side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out while we're trying to update the books, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the daily stuff that needs doing to keep the farm going. It’s a lot of manual labor and basic planning. We hope to keep things moving along for the families involved in this. It is just about the work and the soil. We don't have much time for distractions.
