Global Innovsource Solutions Pvt Ltd is based in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No-45 in New Jagruti Colony. We are right off Katol Road, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. There aren’t any massive billboards or neon signs pointing us out. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors and the local shops. Nagpur can get really hot, especially in the middle of the year, so we spend a lot of our time just trying to stay cool and get through the work. Our setup is very basic. We have our desks, our computers, and not much else. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy things about us. This is just a place where we work hard and try to stay on top of things. New Jagruti Colony is a quiet enough place most of the time, which is good for getting work done without too many distractions. We don’t use any corporate jargon or talk about missions and visions. We just focus on the job we have to do that day. If you know Katol Road, finding Plot 45 isn't too hard. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We like the local feel of the area and the fact that we aren’t stuck in some huge, impersonal office park. It's a decent place to be based and we're happy with it. It just works for us.
