Garudzep Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

Out here in Shankar Nagar, things are pretty straightforward for us at Garudzep Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our setup is at H No. 26/1977, which is basically just a house that we use for all our farmer business. It’s not some big industrial park or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings talking to the local guys about their crops and what needs doing next. Shankar Nagar is a decent enough place to live, even if the streets get a bit crowded when everyone is out and about in the evenings. Being a producer company means we are mostly just a group of people from the area trying to work together on common problems. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy and we have to spend hours sitting inside that house sorting through stuff on the floor or at the small desk we have. It’s usually pretty loud outside with the neighbors talking and the kids playing in the lane, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of our decisions happen over a cup of tea in the front room or just standing by the door. The house number 26/1977 is where you'll find someone if you need to talk, though we are often out in the fields if the weather is good and the season is busy. It’s a humble way to run things, but it keeps us busy and connected.
