Falak Overseas

Falak Overseas is located at number 14 in Jafar Nagar, right across from the masjid. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We handle various types of overseas trade, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and talking to people in different time zones. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a functional space where we get our work done every day. Being across from the masjid means we hear the calls to prayer, which gives a nice rhythm to our day. We’re not a big, faceless corporation. When you call us, you’re talking to one of the few people who actually work here. We deal with a lot of different products depending on what our customers are looking for. It involves a lot of checking and double-checking to make sure nothing goes wrong with the overseas transport. Sometimes things get delayed or stuck in customs, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. That’s just the nature of the business. We don’t have any fancy sales pitches. We just do the work and try to be as reliable as we can. Jafar Nagar is a good place for us, and we’ve been part of the community here for a while. We’re just regular people trying to run a steady business.
