We operate out of G-8 in the M.I.D.C. area in Hingna. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not exactly a place for window shopping. We are more of a production unit than a storefront. Most of our work involves large-scale baking for various outlets and distributors. The ovens stay hot for most of the day and night. It’s a lot of lifting heavy sacks of flour and sugar. We’ve been here long enough that the smell of bread is just part of the building now. The staff here works in shifts because the baking doesn't really stop once we get going. Hingna is a busy hub, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don't have any polished reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see people in hairnets moving pallets around. It’s hard work and it’s often sweaty in the kitchen, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the recipes right so the batches come out consistent. Sometimes a batch doesn't go right, and we have to figure out why, which can be frustrating. But usually, it’s just a steady rhythm of mixing, baking, and packing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s a necessary one, and we’re happy to be the ones doing it here. We just take it one day at a time.
