Birthday Cake Shoppe

We are located at Plot No.140, right by the Chandmari Devi Mandir in Jawal. It’s a busy little area, especially when there is a festival or something going on at the temple. The shop itself is pretty simple. We have our ovens in the back and a small counter up front where people can see what we have ready. Most of our days are spent covered in a bit of flour or sugar. It’s a small team, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. You can usually smell the baking from the end of the street. Sometimes the heat from the ovens makes the shop feel a bit like a sauna, but you get used to it after a few hours. We don’t have fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just us mixing batter and checking the timers. People from around the neighborhood stop by, mostly regulars who have been coming here since we opened. The shop gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we manage. We’ve got a couple of old tables and a fridge that’s seen better days. It isn’t perfect, but it’s our place and we know where everything is kept. That’s how we like it. Just a regular shop doing its thing every day in Jawal. We don't mind the noise from the temple bells at all.
