Citco Agro Industries Private Limited is set up at Survey No. 173, Mouza Hatla, right on the Katol Highway near Nagpur. Being near the highway is handy for getting things moved around. We work in the agro industry, handling different kinds of processing and storage. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going quite a bit. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass office; it’s more of a working site where things actually happen. The dust from the road and the fields is just part of the job. We have a small crew that keeps things running. We deal with the local produce coming in from the surrounding farms. Nagpur is known for its fruit and crops, and we try to do our part in that cycle. It’s straightforward work. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures. We just focus on the machines and the products we’re handling. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s a practical environment. We talk to the farmers who bring their stuff in and we try to be fair with everyone. The sun gets pretty hot out here on the highway, but we just keep at it.
