Kedary & Company

Our business, Kedary & Company, is tucked away on Tailor Line. We are situated near the Shiv Mandir in the Chavani area. It’s a very specific part of town where a lot of similar work happens, so there is always a sense of competition and community mixed together. Our shop isn't very large, but we've made the most of the space we have. We spend most of our time at the benches or talking to people who drop in from the street. Because we are so close to the Mandir, there’s a lot of foot traffic, especially on festival days. We don't really have a big staff, so if we are busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up with someone else. We don't use much in the way of modern marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with all the bells and people, but we've grown to like the sound. It makes the day go by faster. We focus on being honest with everyone who walks through the door. If we can't do something, we'll tell you straight. Our family has been involved in this for a long time, and we just keep the tradition going at this same address. It's a simple, hardworking life, and we are quite content with how things are in Chavani.
