The office is located at house number 25 in the Kolte Layout area, which is part of Godhni. If you are coming from the main parts of Nagpur, it takes a little bit of time to get out here, but it is much quieter than the city center. The pin code is 441111, which is easy to remember. We don’t have a big flashy sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular building in a residential layout. Most of the people living around here are families, so it’s a nice atmosphere to work in. We’ve got the ground floor and it stays pretty cool even when the Nagpur heat gets really bad in the summer. We spend most of our time at our desks, just keeping up with the daily chores and paperwork. There isn’t any fancy decor on the walls, just some calendars and the stuff we actually need. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch area during our tea breaks just to get some fresh air. The road outside isn't very wide, so parking can be a bit tight if there are too many visitors at once. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood, like the vegetable vendors passing by in the mornings. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. No one here wears suits or anything. We just dress comfortably and get on with what needs doing for the day.
