Navin'S Engineers & Builders

We’re Navin'S Engineers & Builders, based out of Mayiladuthurai. Specifically, you’ll find us on the first floor at 4A South Street in Thiruvilandure. It’s a decent area, though it can get pretty busy during the day with everyone going about their business. Building things and handling engineering projects means we are usually out on-site, but this office is where we get the planning done. It’s not a large space, but it fits our needs just fine. We have our desks, our blueprints, and enough coffee to keep us moving. Most of our work is local, so we know the ground here pretty well. We’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed over time. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to stop by and ask about a project or check on some plans. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the job for us. Some days are stressful when materials are late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just take it as it comes. It’s just how the building trade is. We try to be practical about everything we do. If you're walking down South Street, you'll see our sign. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, just doing our bit with bricks and mortar and some solid engineering. It's a lot of hard work but we wouldn't have it any other way.
