Our place is out in Kalyani, specifically at A 11 477. It is in the Nadia district, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city area. We’ve been set up here for a long time. The address is actually listed twice in some of our old records, but it’s the same spot near the post office. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the bigger industrial hubs. We have a small yard where we keep some of our things, and it gets pretty green during the monsoon months when the rain finally hits. The staff here mostly lives nearby in the district, so we all walk or take short bus rides to get to work. We aren't a big, flashy company with glass walls and expensive rugs. Our building is solid and functional, with old paint and heavy doors. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of what we do. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, so we end up doing more stuff on paper or over the phone than we probably should. It works for us though. We know the local guys who deliver our mail and the people at the shops down the road. It feels more like a small community than a corporate park. We just stay busy with our daily routines and try to keep things moving along without much fuss. It's just a regular workplace.
