This is Nageswari Farmers Producer Company. We are based out of Nandapur on the land at Khata No 125/67. If you are looking for us, we are at Plot No 194/1/975. Kamulu Hantal and Somnath Hantal are the ones looking after things here. It is a quiet spot, mostly just farmers and their families. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a farm in this part of the country. It is not always easy work, but it is what we know. The office is really just a place to meet and talk about the crops. Everyone around here knows Kamulu. We started this because it makes sense to work as a group rather than trying to fight the market by yourself. There are plenty of challenges with the weather and getting the right supplies at the right time. We just try to keep things moving forward for the members. You won't find any flashy signs or big advertisements around Nandapur. It is mostly just word of mouth and neighbors helping neighbors. We spend our mornings checking the fields and our afternoons dealing with the transport and bags of grain. It keeps us busy. We are just local people working on local land. That is pretty much the whole story. We keep the records straight and make sure everyone gets their fair share of the work and the results. It is a simple setup for a lot of hard work and we are fine with that.
