The Padmavati Engineerings

We run The Padmavati Engineerings from a place we call Padmini. It is located behind the Sbi Colony in the 1st Stage of R.C. Nagar. It is a nice enough spot, tucked away from the main traffic. We have a decent-sized workshop where we handle all sorts of engineering jobs. It is not a high-tech factory. We have some older machines that we have kept running for years because they still do the job well. R.C. Nagar is a mix of houses and small businesses, so we try not to make too much noise late at night. Our days start early and we usually finish when the work for the day is done. We don't have a big management team. It is mostly just me and a few workers who have been with us for a long time. We know how to fix things and how to make parts from drawings. Sometimes people bring us something that is broken and ask if we can salvage it. We do our best. We don't use fancy computer systems to track everything. We have a simple notebook where we write down the orders and the dates. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just like having our own shop and doing work that we can be proud of at the end of the day.
