Cadmaxx Solutions

Our office is a place called Anugraha, located at number 130 on the 7th Cross of Navilu Road in Kuvempunagar. Living and working in Mysore is a lot different from being in a city like Bangalore because everything is much calmer here. We are a small group at Cadmaxx Solutions, and we like the slow pace of our neighborhood. Kuvempunagar has a lot of trees and nice parks, which makes it a very pleasant area to be in during the day. Our workspace is actually a regular house that we have converted, so it feels very comfortable and not at all like a cold corporate office. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights to show where we are. Inside, it’s just a few of us working on our projects and drinking plenty of filter coffee. We spend our time looking at data and trying to figure out how to solve the problems our clients bring to us. There isn't any pressure to act a certain way or follow a strict corporate code. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and then go home to our families in the evening. Sometimes we take our breaks on the small front porch just to enjoy the fresh air. It is a very simple way of working, but it suits us perfectly. We aren't trying to be famous or huge; we just want to do our work and stay part of the community.
