I have been working out of this space at No.92/2 on Raghavendra Swamy Mutt Road for quite some time. Jayalakshmipuram is a nice part of Mysore to be in, and being near the Mutt makes it easy for people to give directions. The office is not very big, but it fits what I need to do. I usually start my day early before the road gets too busy with people heading to the temple or their jobs. It is just a standard workspace with a desk and some chairs for whoever drops by. There is no big sign or flashing lights outside. I prefer keeping it simple and focusing on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage to get things finished anyway. My neighbors are mostly local families and other small businesses, so it feels like a real community here. I do not spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. Most of the work involves looking at numbers or documents and making sure everything is in order. It is practical work. If you are looking for me, I am usually here from Monday to Saturday. The street can get a bit crowded during festival times, but otherwise, it is a pretty steady place to work. I have lived and worked in Mysore most of my life, so this feels right. There is always a stack of mail on the corner of my desk waiting to be opened.
