I’m over at No L/24 on the first floor of the building on Vishwamanava Double Road. You can’t miss it because it’s right near the petrol bunk and directly across from the park in Kuvempunagar. Having the park right there is quite nice, especially for a bit of green view when the windows are open. The office is pretty standard for this area. It’s a first-floor space with enough room for me to handle my paperwork and meet with people. Kuvempunagar is a busy part of Mysore, and the double road always has cars and buses zooming by. Inside, it’s a different story. It’s mostly just me and the sound of my keyboard or the occasional visitor. I’ve kept the furniture simple because I don't see the point in spending too much on appearances. I’d rather just have a solid desk and a chair that doesn't hurt my back. There’s a lot of recording and checking that goes on here. It’s practical work that needs to be done correctly. Sometimes I go for a quick walk in the park across the road if I’ve been sitting for too long. It helps clear the head. My neighbors in the building are all decent people, and we mostly keep to ourselves but say hello in the hallway. It’s a good, honest place to spend the working day.
