Prema Industries

Prema Industries is over at 25, Jayalakshmi Vilas Road. It’s an older part of the area, and the road has its own character. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. Inside, it's mostly filled with our equipment and whatever materials we need for the week. The street can get pretty narrow when people park their scooters on both sides, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down where we go when we need a break from the noise. It’s a family-run kind of place, so you won’t find anyone wearing suits or using big business words here. We just talk like normal people and try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, and we have to move the boxes around, but we've learned to deal with it. It’s a bit crowded in here, but we know where every single tool is kept. Jayalakshmi Vilas Road is a good place to be, and we feel like we belong to the street. It’s just our daily life, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep going every day and stay busy with the work.
