I am based at No. 125, a house called Rangashree on Kapila Marga in the 2nd Stage of Siddarthanagar. Mysore is much calmer than the bigger cities, and Siddarthanagar is a pleasant place to be. The building is a two-story structure, and I use the ground floor for my work. It’s a quiet street with a few trees, and you can usually hear the birds in the morning before the traffic picks up. I’ve lived in Mysore for a long time, and setting up my work here felt like the right thing to do. The office is basically just a room with some wooden tables and a couple of old computers. It’s not very modern, but it has everything needed to get the job done. There’s a small garden out front that I try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. I don't have a big team or any fancy titles. It’s just Pramod Kumar. M, and I handle things as they come. People who visit often comment on how quiet it is here compared to the main city. We don't do much in terms of promotion or advertising. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing where we are and what we do. It’s a slow and steady way of working, which suits the atmosphere of the neighborhood. We just keep at it every day, keeping things simple and local, making sure the work is finished properly and on time for anyone who needs it.
