Our Mysore office is in the Jayalakshmipuram area, specifically at Premier Radiant Apartments in IV Block. It’s on I Cross, which is a fairly calm street for a city. Mysore has a much slower pace than places like Bangalore, and we appreciate that here at Jubilant Organosys. The apartment setup for an office means it’s quite cozy. We don’t have hundreds of people, just a small dedicated team. Most of us have been living in Mysore for years, so we know the city well. The work involves a lot of technical stuff and coordination, but we try not to let it get too stressful. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The building is G1, so it’s on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to come in and out. There’s a nice garden area outside that we can see from the windows. It’s a pretty simple life here. We start in the morning, do what needs to be done, and usually finish on time. We don't have big slogans or anything like that on the walls. It’s just a place where we work together to keep the business side of things moving along smoothly. It suits us just fine being away from the main city noise. We just focus on the task at hand and try to enjoy the quiet environment that Mysore offers us every day.
