Housekeeping Supervisor

We are based over at 107/4 Ultadanga Main Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. This is where we manage our housekeeping tasks and look after the staff who go out to different sites. It’s basically an office for supervisors to keep track of schedules and supplies. We have stacks of cleaning gear, mops, and buckets tucked into corners. The phone rings a lot with people asking for shifts or reporting in. We spend a lot of time on our feet, even when we are in the office. It isn’t a fancy setup. We just have some desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks to keep everything organized. Kolkata can be a tough place to keep clean because of the dust and the weather, so we stay pretty busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and make sure the buildings we look after are kept in decent shape. The guys come in here to pick up their instructions for the day and then head out. It’s a practical business. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the shops nearby know us. We are just a group of people making sure the cleaning gets done right.
