Housekeeping

The address is 407 Elumalayan Colony, on the South Street of Thiruvaiyaru. It is a quiet enough place most of the time. We go by the name Housekeeping, which is pretty much what we deal with every day. The building is just a regular spot in the colony. Thiruvaiyaru has a certain feeling to it, especially being on the south side. There is not much for us to brag about. We have our tools and our supplies and we get to work. The street outside has some trees and you can hear the birds in the morning before it gets too noisy. We are not a big company with a hundred floors. It is just this spot here. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello. It is a local kind of life. We keep things tidy, which I guess makes sense given the name. The air here is different than in the big cities. It feels a bit more open. We have our routine. We start early and we finish when the work is done. It is not complicated. 407 is just a number on a wall, but it is where we spend our time. People know us around here. We just do our bit and keep to ourselves mostly. It is an honest way to spend the day. South Street is where you can find us if you are ever walking through the colony.
