Front Office Executive

Front Office Executive is based out of 03, P W D Quarters. This is in the Saragaru area, right by the post office in H D Kote Taluk. It’s quite a way out in Mysore District, specifically the 571121 pin code area. We handle a lot of the day-to-day administrative tasks that come through this office. Being in the P W D Quarters means we see a lot of the local staff and people coming in for official business. The building is older, just a standard government-style quarter, but it serves its purpose for what we do. H D Kote is a different pace than the big city, and we like that. It can get quiet in the middle of the day, but there is always some filing or phone calls to catch up on. We don't have a big lobby or fancy furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have been here forever. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around Saragaru, but we stay open regardless. People stop by to ask questions or drop off papers all the time. It is a very practical sort of job. We just keep the front office running so things don't get messy. It’s not a flashy setup at all, just a small office in a small place doing what needs to be done every day. We’ve been here for a while and we know how the local systems work and how to help people out.
