Firstep Solutions

Firstep Solutions is situated right opposite Shanke Sham Road in the Vijayanagar area of Mysore. It is a quiet enough spot, though the road gets its fair share of scooters and cars throughout the day. Our office is just a regular workspace where we deal with various service requests and technical bits. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations inside. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the sound of people typing. We usually start the morning by sorting through whatever came in the day before. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens, to be honest. The building itself is easy to spot once you are in the neighborhood. We have been working from this location for some time now, so we know the local tea stall guy and the other shopkeepers around the corner. When someone walks in, they usually have a specific problem they need help with, and we just sit down and try to work through it. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at small print all day. We keep a few files stacked on the shelves, and there is always a pen that doesn't work lying around somewhere. It is just a normal place of work for us, nothing more and nothing less. We keep to our routine and make sure the daily tasks are finished before we head home. The door handle is a bit loose.
