Cncs Facilities Solutions

Cncs Facilities Solutions is located at 302 Baba Niwas, which is on Plot Number 74 in Sector 19. This is over in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. It is a decent building, nothing too flashy, just a solid place to have an office. Being in Sector 19 means we are surrounded by a lot of other houses and some small shops. We spend most of our time inside the building at unit 302. The commute here isn't too bad if you are already in Navi Mumbai. We have our desks and our equipment set up there. It feels like a real neighborhood here, not just a cold business district. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local stalls to grab a tea or some snacks during the break. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a group of us working out of Baba Niwas. We like it this way because it stays quiet enough to get things done but we are still close to the main parts of Nerul. The plot is easy to find if you follow the sector numbers. We have been here long enough that we know the delivery guys and the people in the next building. It is just a practical spot for us to run the business and we don't need much else. The building entrance is usually clear, and there is a lift that mostly works fine for reaching the third floor.
