You can find us at No 100/4 on Hill Road in Madikeri. We are right next to Lakshmi General Stores, which is a good landmark if you are coming up the hill. Being in Coorg, the air is usually a bit cooler than the plains, and it rains quite a lot here. Our office isn't huge, but it's where we manage everything for the resort area. We share the space with the local vibe of the town. There is always someone walking by or a car honking on the road. The office inside has some maps on the wall and a few desks where we sit and talk to people who stop by. We often have people coming in asking for directions to different spots around Madikeri. It’s not a very formal place. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee because, well, it's Coorg. Sometimes the power goes out when it rains heavily, so we just wait it out. It’s a simple setup we have here. We spend our days dealing with various bookings and checking on how things are going at the properties nearby. Most of the staff live close by, so we all know the local shortcuts. It feels like a small community shop more than a big company office. We don't have fancy decorations, just the basics needed to keep things moving. It’s a busy little spot but we like the pace of things on Hill Road. That's about it.
