Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Limited

We are based over on 2nd Main in Mysore, right near the corner of the 2856/1 block. This office has been here for a while, and it’s where we handle all the insurance paperwork for the local folks. It’s a standard office setup with a few rows of desks and some filing cabinets that are probably too full. The air conditioning works most days, which is a relief when it gets hot in Karnataka. We get a lot of people walking in with questions about their policies or needing to update their addresses. It’s usually busy on Monday mornings, so we try to have everyone at their desks early. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters, just a local branch doing the daily grind. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break room in the back. It’s a decent place to work. We talk to a lot of families who are just trying to get their future sorted out. It’s not fancy work, but it’s steady. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. That’s just how it goes here at Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Limited. We close up at 5:30 and most of us head straight home to avoid the evening traffic.
