If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind the Krishnapooja Provision Store. It is on M G Koppal Main Road in the Vijayanagar Post area of Mysore. Having the provision store right there is handy when someone needs a quick snack or if we run out of small supplies for the break room. Our building number is 453/8, and it is a pretty standard looking place for this neighborhood. The road outside stays quite active with people going about their shopping and kids heading home from school. We spend most of our hours inside this space, dealing with the consulting work that comes our way. It is a humble setup with just enough chairs for everyone and a couple of old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Mysore has a nice pace to it, not too fast and not too slow, and our office fits right into that rhythm. The floors are easy to clean and the fans keep the air moving when it gets humid in the afternoons. Sometimes the power flickers, but that is just part of living and working in this part of town. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let a bit of a breeze in from the main road. It feels like a real part of the community here, being so close to the local shops and houses. Usually, we wrap things up around six and lock up the front gate.
