Over in Mysore, specifically at 80 A1 Block in Vijayanagar 3rd Stage, you’ll find our office. It’s a quiet area compared to the city center. The roads are wider and there’s a bit more breathing room. Genius Consultant Ltd has been in this spot for a bit. The building is a standard residential-style structure that we’ve converted for our needs. We have a small garden out front that someone tries to keep alive, though the sun makes it hard. Inside, it’s mostly open space with a few desks clumped together. We don’t have a dress code or anything formal like that. People just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. Most of the day is spent handling documents and talking to clients who need help with their paperwork. It’s steady work. We aren't the type of place that has a mission statement printed on the wall. We just know what we have to do and we try to get it done without too much fuss. During the festivals, the whole street gets decorated and things get a bit lively. Otherwise, it’s a very peaceful place to work. We have a small pantry where we keep the snacks. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello. It feels more like a community than a corporate park. We’re happy enough with how things are running here and we just take each day as it comes.
