Our office is located over at 1271 2nd Cross in Krishnamurthy Puram, right here in Mysore. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main center, which we actually prefer. Being on a cross road means it’s not too loud, though the street dogs can get a bit vocal at night. We’ve set up shop in this building and it works well for what we need. It’s not a massive glass tower or anything like that. Just a solid place where the team sits down and gets through the daily workload. Most of the people working at Convergys here are from around the neighborhood or travel in from nearby areas. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. There is a small tea stall nearby that we all frequent. We don’t have a big cafeteria, so we just bring lunch from home or find something local. The building has its quirks, like the way the lights flicker sometimes or the narrow staircase, but it has character. We try to keep things simple and focused. There’s no big talk here, just regular people working hard. Mysore is a nice place to be, and Krishnamurthy Puram has that old-school feel that makes the workday a bit more pleasant. We’ve been at this address for a bit and know the neighbors pretty well. It’s just how we operate.
