Our place is at 45 on the first floor of 7th Main in Yadavgiri E. Mysore is a nice city to work in, not as rushed as some other places. We have been here at this address for Cognizant Technology Solutions for a while. The 570 020 area is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a simple setup. You walk up the stairs and there we are. No elevators or fancy lobbies. Just a door and then the workspace. We do a lot of technical support and development. It’s the kind of work that keeps you glued to a chair for hours. We try to keep things relaxed though. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get some air. We aren't a huge operation at this specific site, so everyone knows everyone else. We share the same kitchen area and complain about the same things, like when the printer jams. It’s just a regular workplace. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and build things on the computer. Yadavgiri is a decent neighborhood. We have a few favorite lunch spots within walking distance. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. It’s practical and it works for us. We don't need much more than that.
