Mysore is a bit more relaxed than some of the bigger cities in Karnataka, and our office has that same kind of feel. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment or modern art on the walls. It’s just a plain room with the tools we need to do our work. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the place. We start our day early and usually wrap things up by the evening. There are no grand visions or marketing slogans here. We just believe in showing up and doing what is required of us. Some days are slow and others are very busy, but that is just how business goes. The building we are in is solid and keeps us out of the rain and sun. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We talk to each other like regular people, not like corporate managers. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’re happy with our spot in Mysore and the way we have set things up here.
