Prakrit Event Management

Our office is over on Kabeer Road in the Mandi Mohalla area of Mysore. It’s a very busy and loud part of town, which is actually good because event management keeps us on our toes anyway. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different venues across the city. At No.1493, you’ll usually find piles of various decorations, long lists of vendors, and maybe a few samples of fabric sitting around on the floor. We handle all sorts of gatherings, from small family functions to much bigger public events in the city. We don't use those fancy marketing buzzwords you hear from the big city firms. We just focus on making sure the chairs are there on time, the sound system actually works, and the food shows up when it's supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong—a light bulb burns out at the last minute or a delivery truck is stuck in traffic—but we’re used to fixing those things on the fly. It's a lot of physical work, especially loading and unloading heavy trucks at odd hours of the night. We know the local markets and the different suppliers pretty well by now. We aren't a huge agency with a fancy PR team. We’re just a group of local people who know how to put a party together. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or local businesses we’ve known for years. We just keep things practical and do the job until it is finished properly.
