You can find Jamuna Auto Ltd at 541 Madhagondahally on the Kakkadasam Road. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but we like the space we have. The building is quite large because we handle a lot of inventory and some bigger parts that wouldn't fit in a downtown shop. Most of the time, the yard is full of trucks coming in to pick up orders or drop off new supplies. It’s a busy environment but we don't have the corporate feel you might expect from the name. We are just a group of people who know our way around auto components. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for the computers and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers. Kakkadasam Road can be a bit quiet at night, but during the day it’s full of movement. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we are reliable. We don’t make big promises; we just tell you what we have and when it can be ready. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially when a big shipment arrives late in the day. But we just get it done and start again the next morning.
