Automotive Axle Ltd.

We are located at number 36 in the Hootagalli Industrial Area, just off Hunsur Road in Mysore. Automotive Axle Ltd. has been part of this industrial patch for a long time now. If you drive down the road, you will see our gates and the staff coming in for their daily shifts. It is a pretty large site, which it has to be for the kind of manufacturing and assembly we do here. There is always the sound of machinery and the smell of oil in the air, which is standard for Hootagalli. We have different sections for different parts of the process, and it can be a bit of a walk from one end of the floor to the other. The canteen is usually the busiest place during the lunch break when everyone sits down for a bit. We do not go in for fancy talk or corporate jargon here. It is about the machines running right and the parts getting out the door on time for the clients. The office staff and the floor workers all know the routine and what needs to happen. Mysore is a nice place to be based, even if this industrial area is a bit removed from the palace and the main city tourist spots. We deal with a lot of logistics and heavy parts, so there is always a truck backing up somewhere near the loading docks. It is a busy environment, but we have got a good rhythm going after all these years.
