We operate out of the Hinkal Tiles building, which is situated on Hunsur Main Road. It is a fairly easy place to find if you are traveling that way. We focus on ceramic coatings and different types of surface protections. It is not a massive operation by any means. There are only a few of us here handling the daily tasks. The showroom area has some samples laid out so people can get a feel for the materials. It’s often a bit cluttered because we are constantly moving crates or getting ready for a delivery. We have been on this road for a good while now. A lot of our time is spent talking to local contractors or people trying to fix up their own places. We do not have a marketing department or a sales team in suits. We just tell people how the product works and what it costs. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it a bit difficult to load up the trucks, but we manage to get it done. Our office space is really just a small corner with a desk where we keep our logbooks. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans running. People usually just stop by while they are on their way into the center of town. We are not trying to be anything fancy. It’s just a practical place for tiles and shields. We keep it honest about what we have in stock.
