Big Boss Professional Hair Salon

Big Boss Professional Hair Salon is over on 111 Shivaji Road in the N R Mohalla area, near Banni Mantap in Mysore. The name sounds a bit big, but we are just a regular group of guys working here. The street is always busy with traffic and people walking by, so there is never a dull moment. We have a few chairs lined up and we try to keep the music playing to keep the energy up. It’s a professional setup in the sense that we take our work seriously, but we aren't stiff or corporate. We talk a lot and joke around with the customers. I think that is why people keep coming back to us. The shop gets quite dusty because of the road outside, so we are always dusting things off. We do all the standard hair stuff, from simple trims to some of the newer styles the younger guys like. Mysore is a great city to work in, and this neighborhood is particularly lively. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We don't have any fancy waiting room, just some chairs by the window. If you come by, you might have to wait a bit on Saturdays, but we try to be quick and get everyone looking right. It is just a normal day for us.
