Visista Play Schools

Our play school is tucked away in the Dubiahi area, which you get to via Saraiya in Muzaffarpur. It is a quiet enough spot for the little ones. We started this place because there were not many options for early schooling right in this specific neighborhood. The building is simple, and we have set up rooms that are safe for small children to run around in. Most of the parents who bring their kids here are our neighbors or people from the surrounding villages. We keep things very basic. There is a lot of singing and basic alphabet stuff going on throughout the morning. It can get pretty loud when everyone is playing, but that is expected with kids this age. The staff is mostly local women who are good with children. We do not have a big corporate office or anything; it is just us running things day by day. Sometimes the road out front gets muddy when it rains, making it a bit tricky for the parents, but they manage. We focus on giving the children a place to be while their parents are at work or busy with chores. It is a very local operation. We know all the kids by name and most of their families too. It feels more like a big house than a formal school sometimes, which seems to suit the kids just fine. It is a humble place for starting out.
