Vishmaya Pree School

Vishmaya Pree School is tucked away in Chandralok Colony, which is in the Naya Tola part of Muzaffarpur. Because we are in a colony, it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which is good for the little ones. We mostly have toddlers and young children here, so the atmosphere is usually filled with the sound of kids playing or singing songs. The school is in a house that we converted to make it look and feel more like a home than a stiff office building. We have painted some bright colors on the walls to make it look cheerful for the children. Most of the parents live within walking distance, so they just walk their kids over in the morning. We don't have a big fleet of buses or anything like that. We keep things small and manageable. The teachers here are very patient, which you have to be when you are dealing with three-year-olds all day. Sometimes there are tears in the morning when the parents leave, but usually, by the time we start the first activity, everyone is fine. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want the kids to be safe, learn their basics, and have a decent time while their parents are at work. It's a simple, local preschool for the neighborhood families.
