Champaran Interlocking Paver Bricks Industries Private Limited is located in Ward Number 10 of Gaighat village. This is in the Harsiddhi area. We are right in the middle of where the work happens. The ground is always a bit red or grey depending on what kind of mix we are using for the bricks that day. Making interlocking pavers is a repetitive process but it requires a lot of attention. We have the machines running for most of the daylight hours. The sound is a constant thumping that you eventually stop noticing. We lay the bricks out in rows to let them set properly. The sun does a lot of the work for us. It is a dusty job, and our hands are usually stained by the end of the shift.
