M/S M. R. Brick'S Field

Our field is out in the village of Alamdanga, near the post office in Jagaipur. We fall under the Nouda police station area, and it is a pretty rural place to work. M/S M. R. Brick'S Field is a typical local yard where we spend most of the year working with the earth. The job depends a lot on the seasons. When the sun is out, we are busy from dawn until dusk. It is a lot of hard, physical labor, digging the clay and tending to the kilns. We don't have any high-tech equipment, just the same tools that have been used around here for a long time. Our crew is made up of people from the nearby villages who know how to work hard. The heat from the fires can be very intense, but it is just something you get used to. We don't have an office with air conditioning. If you want to talk to us, you have to come out to the field in Alamdanga. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the stacks are dry. The road can get a bit muddy during the rainy season, which makes it hard for the trucks to get through to Nouda. But we just keep going and do what we can. It is simple, honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else.
