Our setup in Andheri East is located in the Sher-E-Punjab area. Specifically, we work out of Kamlesh Apartment, in Flat E-523. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our office definitely reflects that reality. We have desks squeezed into almost every available corner to make room for all the paperwork and the project files we’ve collected over the years. It isn't the kind of place with a reception area or fancy leather chairs. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. The street noise from Andheri is constant, but we’ve lived with it for so long that we barely notice it anymore. We aren't interested in looking like a big, polished corporation. We are just a local team that handles development projects. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or sitting in traffic trying to get to a site visit. When we are back at the office, we spend a lot of time drinking tea and trying to organize our schedules. The filing system is a bit of a mystery to outsiders, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy marketing plan. We just take on the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. Being in E-523 has worked for us for a long time now. It’s a practical, no-nonsense spot for a business that is always on the move in this city.
